You Must “Be” to “Do”

Pause.


Simply be.


We live in a world that overly praises “doing.”


The secret to feeling whole and at peace is to balance out that “doing” with “being.” 


Without stopping to “be,” you will always feel frazzled. 


You must “be” to “do.”


Don’t race ahead and then burn out. Just like the tortoise taught the hare, you can get so much more done if you set a slow, steady pace.
