What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is being in the moment. It is being aware of your surroundings and accepting your reality without judgment. 



We easily get stuck in the past, regretting a decision or lack of one. We just as easily get caught up in the future, wishing things were different without actually making any change. 



Peace is experienced by being entirely in the present moment. Whether you consider it “good” or “bad,” acknowledge what is happening around you. 



A hard phase will pass. So will a celebratory one. 



Mindfulness is processing your current condition. Accept your situation. Learn from your experience. Adapt how you can. 



Let go of the past, you cannot change it. Trust that the decisions you make today will manifest into a beautiful future. 



Mindfulness in this moment will allow you to persevere through hardships and celebrate your triumphs. Knowing you are in control of your own life brings enduring peace.
