Slow Your Pace
Have you ever looked at your to-do list and felt panicked? You feel pressured and overwhelmed because it all has to be done now?
I know I have.
When I am rushed, I start making mistakes. I forget to breathe. I feel frazzled and out of control.
It’s okay to slow down!
We can’t do everything. That is impossible.
Show yourself compassion. Remember life isn’t perfect.
Life is a beautiful mess.
Look at that endless to-do list and make some priorities. Create a plan so you know things will get done in an appropriate time. Delegate some tasks to family members, friends or services. Take some items off entirely!
Slowing down does not mean you stop. It means that you move forward in mindfulness.
