Set Intentions
Spring transitions into a new season and a fresh perspective. This is the perfect opportunity to set intentions for the next few weeks and months.
Intentions decide what direction we are heading. We can look back on our intentions and make sure our thoughts and actions are leading us in the way we want to go.
Use these journal questions to explore your inner mind and decide on your direction.
What is your focus for the next few weeks or months? Is it a project you are beginning or recommitting to? Is it a habit you are building or breaking? Is it an event or choice you must prepare for?
What does success look like for this project, habit or event?
What do you need to let go of to make this focus a priority? Remove obstacles and distractions so you can achieve success.
Now define your intention.
My intention is to focus on an inclusive Facebook Group to develop a community around my Balancing Wholeness project. Success will mean I create the group, invite people who want to feel whole, and set up an engaging weekly structure to facilitate conversation and support. I need to let go of the limiting belief that it has to be perfect and the fear that it won’t live up to my expectations.
Spring brings a natural transition that aids us to get moving in body and mind. Our power is in our choice to move forward. Set your intentions because it’s time to rise!
