Mindful Action

Wholeness 1 - Mindful action - Copy.jpg

Wholeness means to be complete, without lack. It’s when you feel satisfied. You can breathe easily and feel relaxed. To be whole is to be at peace.

However, wholeness is not a destination it is an action. We do not arrive at wholeness, we create it.

Have you ever travelled to an unfamiliar place and desired a good pizza? It’s not simply going to manifest. You have to look up where the pizza places are, read reviews, and choose your selection. This is setting an intention for wholeness.

Wholeness doesn’t stop there. The goal is to eat and fulfill your need, your hunger. You also have to make your order and decide whether you will go get it or have it delivered.

Can you receive the pizza where you are? Sometimes we have to make the effort to go where we can be satisfied, even if it is outside our comfort zone.

Like you seek out dinner in a new place, you have to seek out the fulfillment for your needs and desires. Learning practical habits of mindfulness will guide you from frazzled to in control and at peace through the undulations of life.

Feeling whole means you feel complete, without lack. It means you feel confident and secure. Even if life is rocky, you are able to keep perspective and navigate the road ahead. You are capable of whatever comes up.
