Wellness Toolkit
Wellness means “the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.
Wellness takes many forms that change constantly over time. What you need today may be the same or completely different than what you needed yesterday and will need tomorrow.
A collection of ideas, philosophies, and practices are published in the Wellness Toolkit.
This toolkit provides a wide variety of knowledge, topics, and guides to promote wellness and prioritize self-care. Emotional health will regulate how well you can care for your body and mind. Your spiritual state can also affect healing and development.
Balancing Tree Press offers a database of wellness techniques to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
