Do you feel stuck? Let's get you going!

What does stuck feel like? Not being able to get up. Eating ice cream to feel better. Like you can't do it all so you do nothing. But what do we do?

Step one, finish the bowl of ice cream. Then let's go.

Do one thing. Move forward with purpose. Gain momentum.

Try...completing a simple task, communicating with a friend, drink water and eat a snack. Believe in you!

Step Two: recognize that your victory makes you feel elated to repeat those praised actions. If you are still having trouble with this first step, that's okay! You need recovery.

Be still. Especially after a big transition or emotional event. Let your mind think whatever it wants. No judgement. No fear.

Get comfortable. Let your mind go. If you feel anxious, sad, or mad, come back to your breath. You are safe. You are not your emotions. You are worthy. Let your emotions run through you like the river flows toward the sea. Yes you can.

Let's get you going. Lean into the pressure just a little to strengthen you. It's hardest to get moving, it's a lot easier after that first step. It feels like a mountain, but it is where you need to be and you must trust that a path will be shown.

Lao Tzu quotes "Do you have the patience to wait until your mud settles and the water is clear?" Give time for the waters to clear. Denzel Washington says, "You pray for rain, you gotta deal with the mud too."
