State Your Intention

“State your case with intention and purpose, and the result will follow suit.” - Oprah Winfrey

Moving with purpose becomes like breathing, but it takes acknowledgment and practice.

State your intention first:

  1. Why do you want to do it?

  2. What do you want the outcome to be?

Apply these questions to your goals to know what you desire and understand what you are committing to.

During this time of release, it is important be honest with yourself about your reason. It’s okay to let go of projects that you have outgrown or no longer serve you.

Once you declare your intention and purpose, the rest will manifest itself.
