Yes, this feels true. All the pieces are in place to step into a leadership role. I am made for this.

…the benefit of situational awareness. Balance the small things with the big pictures.

…that patience is the key to self-transformation. I am dedicated to my personal growth and am confident in my authority of the resource.

…by purging all but the nessecary. Our journey, however rocky, give us experience to understand our needs and set priorities.
